Memorial Bench for Michael Le Bas

Michael le Bas was a key figure in the life of the Museum for over 20 years.  He was a long-serving Trustee of Blandford Town Museum and our Deputy Curator from 1999 until his death in December 2022. The Museum and Garden Club worked with the Blandford Town Council to create a memorial bench for Michael, which was unveiled by Mayor Hugo Mieville in the museum garden in August 2023.
