Last Friday in the Victorian Garden: Cancelled

We have been watching the weather forecast and it now seems very unlikely that our hopes of enjoying food, drinks and company in the Victorian garden as the sun sets on a mild, late summer evening would be fulfilled this week. So, with regret, we have decided to cancel September’s Last Friday event, which would have been the last of the current season.

As the days get shorter, our Last Friday events will now move indoors with a fascinating series of talks, starting on Friday 25th October with “Victorian Funerals”. The Archaeology Group also has a series of lectures on the second Thursday of each month. Please visit our Calendar for more information.
