Free: Guided Town Centre Heritage Walk

Discover some of the history of our unique Georgian town with town guides from the Blandford Civic Society.

The Town Centre Heritage walk tells the story of the town up to the Georgian rebuilding of the town centre following the Great Fire of 1731.

The walk starts at 11am, last approximately two hours. As this is part of Dorset Architectural Heritage Week, the walk is free (usual cost £5 per person). There’s another free Heritage Walk on Sunday 18th September.
