POSTPONED: Friday Talk: Blandford’s Flood Defences

Unfortunately we are unable to hold this event as planned. We will be rescheduling Henry Quinney’s talk in 2023, please watch the Website for details.

There are several reasons for this cancellation but one problem is that we rely on a small band of volunteers to host these events and most of our volunteers have other commitments on this date.  We are currently planning our programme for next year, which will be announced shortly.  If you would be prepared to help occasionally, preparing food, working in the kitchen, preparing the room, or collecting entrance fees, please contact us.  You would not be expected to help at every event, but a larger pool of volunteers would make these events a lot easier to organise.
