Archaeology Group Lecture: Iron Age excavation at the Blandford Waste Transfer site

Our April lecture will be given by Peter Cox from AC Archaeology.

Archaeological investigation at the site of the new Blandford Waste Transfer Centre has revealed some tantalizing insights into life and death in the Iron Age. Before the site near the Sunrise industrial estate is fully developed AC Archaeology will be doing some investigative work and there will be an opportunity for volunteers to join in activities there.
